Once again, as the pre schools came to a close in December, we felt the need to have a little party! We were very lucky to have an incredible team of 2 mums and 7 children (above right) here in Uganda along with all of our other long term volunteers, and they all took on the challenge of organising the parties as if it was something they did everyday!
Our office in Jinja town turned into a Santas Grotto with piles of presents waiting to be wrapped, a frenzy of wrapping in another corner, pasta tubes being spray painted and pass the parcel gifts getting larger with every layer of newspaper!
We held a party at Kyabirwa one day and then Buwenda the next. Each pre school has 120 children who eagerly awaited the fun and there were no disappointed faces.

Stamping fun at KCC!

Thank you to everyone who made the parties a success and to everyone who sent clothing and other gifts.
