Corporate Supporters

We enjoy support from a number of businesses in the UK and around the world. We have been lucky to receive some large donations which have helped us to really push forward with our projects in Uganda. Others have provided free training and equipment and we are very grateful to them all.

Robein GroepThe Robein Group have been incredibly generous. They have donated in the region of 60,000 euros which has helped us to complete 4 projects at St Pauls Primary School, Nsuube Primary School, Kagoma Hill Primary School and Naminya Primary School. We are very grateful for their continued support.

Guildhall Properties

Guildhall Properties have been a long time supporter of everything Soft Power Education does. They even bought us a truck to help us with delivering building materials to site and taking volunteers to work.

Happy

Happy logoHappy is a training company who deliver both IT and management training. They believe that learning should be fun. It should fully involve the learner and be focused on their needs, so they leave ready to put their new skills into practice straight away. One of Happy's main goals is to support the wider community and as part of this they have committed to giving an equivalent to 20% of profits to charity each year. One of the ways they do this is through their time bank scheme.  This allows their people to do mutually beneficial work for charitable projects. They helped Soft Power by sending two of their trainers to Uganda to deliver a 'Train the Trainer' programme for all of the teachers at The Amagezi Education Centre. The sessions were invaluable to our staff and we continue to emply their techniques across the organisation.

Lewis Silkin

Lewis SilkinLewis Silkin have been supporting us for a number of years now not only helping us to meet the costs of paying our staff members but also organising events. Take a look at the Charity Auction at Bonhams they are organising for us.

KPMG

KPMGThrough one of our 2007 volunteers Andrew McMillan, KPMG donated £6000 as part of their Social Responsibility Programme.

Inspiring Perspectives

Nicole Kollermann was part of the Happy crew who came out to Uganda and helped to train our staff at the Amagezi Education Centre. Since Happy, she has spread her wings and started her own training and coaching business where she offers soft-skills training courses and life coaching. Nicole has very generously agreed to donate 50% of her profits to SPE for all courses booked directly with her.
